    Classes are led by Justin Moore, a 2x Polaris gold medalist and experienced MMA competitor. He offers friendly, personalised coaching to help each student progress at their own pace.

    Whether you’ve never thrown a punch or you’re looking to level up, you’ll find encouragement, expert instruction, and a team that trains hard but supports each other.

    What You’ll Learn in MMA Class

    MMA classes at Gorilla Fight Team combine elements from boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and kickboxing — with an emphasis on control, safety, and real-world skills.

    What to Bring to MMA Classes

    Come prepared — but don’t worry if you’re new. We’ll help you get sorted with gear and guide you from day one.

    • Boxing gloves
    • MMA gloves
    • Shin guards
    • Wrestling boots (optional)
