NoGi BJJ

A more fast-paced version of BJJ, practiced without the Gi. NoGi helps build coordination, fitness, and awareness — perfect for both beginners and advanced students.

Guided by a Black Belt Coach

Classes are led by experienced black belt Damo Weeden, who focuses on helping everyone improve — whether it’s your first time on the mats or you’re working toward your next belt.

BJJ is a martial art that focuses on movement, technique, and control — rather than size or strength. It’s a great way to build confidence, fitness, and focus, especially for kids and beginners.

What to Bring to Class

If it’s your first time — don’t worry, we’ll help you settle in. You’ll need:

  • A Gi (kimono) for Gi classes (we can advise you where to get one!)
  • A gumshield for safety
  • Optional: Shin pads if you have sensitive knees or past injuries
